- DaleMasBajo.com is a remix-editing service intended primarily for DJs to enhance their performance.
- The remixes on our website are created by professional DJs and music producers from around the world.
- You certify you will use materials obtained from DaleMasBajo.com only to improve your DJ performance and you will not sell, resell, or redistribute any purchased files.
- Before purchasing any remix, you certify that you already own the original works contained in the remixed compositions. DaleMasBajo.com provides editing services only.
- This is a promotional remix platform. Remixes, sound effects, DJ drops, and related materials are produced/uploaded by users/remixers solely to improve DJ performance.
- If you believe a user/DJ/remixer/producer has uploaded your copyrighted material and you want it removed, please email us at dalemasbajo@gmail.com.
- We respect all DMCA notices and act promptly. Requests must be submitted by the legal copyright owner or an authorized agent with proper identification.
DMCA Notice Requirements
A written DMCA notice should include substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material. Without exact URLs, we may not be able to locate and remove it.
